Yoga has become a way of life for her and since the completion of her Teacher Training in 2011 and membership with Yoga Australia, she is joyfully and energetically sharing her passion with everyone that comes to the mat around the Mornington Peninsula, including Frankston, Frankston South, Mt Eliza, Mt Martha and Mornington.
Yes, she inspires her students to taking a physical challenge, finding the steadiness in the pose and then allowing softness and stillness to come into the body. And most of all to have fun!
Bettina’s energy, passion and connection with her students is truly remarkable.

She passes on that same freedom of choice to her massage clients for their massage treatments.
The beauty of yoga as Bettina sees it is …
… firstly, that yoga is accessible to every-body, secondly, that it can be practised anywhere, anytime without the need for special equipment, and thirdly that yoga is a Five-in-One discipline combining physical exercise, breathing, meditation, relaxation and self-inquiry all in ONE session.
Apart from teaching, Bettina has a regular yoga practice herself which includes attending four classes per week at two different yoga studios.
Bettina wants to express her sincere gratitude to her past and current teachers and students for their energy and friendship, love and inspiration, wisdom and fun.
