Discover what type of meditation works best for you and your lifestyle. Relax in an atmosphere of acceptance in our beautiful yoga sanctuary in Frankston South.

Be guided in a very permissive way, so you too can have a positive meditation experience. Allow yourself to have a restful and restorative 90mins.

Our monthly meditation workshops are an effective way to explore different ways of meditation, spot meditation and mindfulness. You can immediately apply what you’ve learned into your day-to-day life. No meditation nor yoga experience is necessary. Everybody is welcome.
