Please note, that all classes are of 75 minute duration, except Sunday which is a 1 hour “come in your PJ’s” class.

The classes are structured so that the physical (asana) aspect of the class finishes after 60 minutes.  You then have the option to leave the meeting and take savasana (final rest) on your own. Or, if you have more time, you are welcome to stay on for pranayama (breathing) and a guided meditation and relaxation in savasana.

After 75 minutes there is always the option of staying back for a chat and a virtual cuppa, with me and your fellow yogis.

  • $35 weekly pass
  • $130 monthly pass
  • $15 casual

Existing students are welcome to use their current class passes. Please let me know your preference.

PLEASE, if you feel you’d like to practice with me, and your current financial situation will prohibit you from doing so, be in touch and we can find a solution together. I will welcome everyone to join us on the mat. Yoga invites us to come as we are.

How to get the most out of your home practice

  • wear comfortable clothing-anything you feel good in. No need for the latest and shiniest!
  • wear a smile – outside and inside
  • avoid a big meal before practice, snacking is good
  • hydrate well before and after class
