7 Minute easeful yoga flow.

Join me for this full body wake up flow.

Twisting the spine in standing postures.

Enjoy, untangle and bend forward. Squat, downdog and twist into a gentle backbend.

Bend forward and have the option to lift into a tripod headstand.

This sequence can be practiced on its own or as an add on to your longer practice.
