Evening Solstice Meditations

Monday to Friday 830pm to 900pm

Let’s meditate together in a group.

We will use some ancient breath techniques and various meditation ideas to calm our nervous system.

We also cultivate inner peace, release stress, learn to regulate our nervous system and cultivate an evening ritual and promote good quality sleep.

Meditation is both a gift and a life skill. Most importantly, it is an experience. Born out of the desire to allow everyone a positive meditation experience, our meditations are permissive and do not require any previous experience or knowledge.

We will explore different types of meditation in our time together.

  • Continue to keep and cultivate a slower pace of life
  • Reset our intentions
  • Reduce our stress levels and learn how to keep them low
  • Experience comfort in stillness
  • Raise our vibrations to heal ourselves and the planet

No previous experience needed.

One payment covers the whole household. Kids are welcome too.
