5 Ways to Celebrate the Summer Solstice

… and 3 Things to do before the End of the Year!

The celestial Event: 21 to 23 December.

Ah, the start of summer here on the Southern Hemisphere in Australia.

The day with most daylight hours and the shortest night.

From here on in, the days are getting shorter again.  NOOO. I hear you say.  Let’s celebrate summer first.

You can honour this beautiful occurrence in 5 light-hearted and elegant ways:

  1. Watch the sunrise or the sunset.
  2. Spend time, call or text, those who are very close to your heart.
  3. Dance.
  4. Spend time in nature. If you’re near the sea, take a dip.
  5. Feel into your intention for summer and the next year 2023.
  6. Journal, voice memo or sing. Let the words and thoughts just flow.  Reflecting on the year that was, or simply what arises in the moment when you do it.

Which one is the one you are most likely to do?  And did you notice, I listed 6 things.

3 Things to Do, Before the End of the Year:

  1. Write down everything that you have achieved this year. Everything you are proud of.  Big wins and small wins.  Write it all down.  All of it.  Don’t censor it.  It’s your world.  Your life.
  2. Then feel it. Go through each thing.  And really, really feel it.  Feel proud of it.  Really proud.  Of your own achievement.
  3. Lastly, celebrate it. Find a way to celebrate.  Make a fuss.

This is your life.  And your achievements.  You know best.  You did it.  You are amazing.

Let your life be your nourishment.

Here to support you living your most optimal healthy life, physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and financially.

Merry Christmas and Happy Summer Season.
