Teenager ups her Energy & Recovers from Running

My name is Lena, I’m eighteen and I’ve been attending yoga at The Art of Balance for just a few weeks now. It’s unbelievable how much of a difference such a short time has made. I’m someone who goes for regular runs, but I’ve never been very flexible, yet after a few lessons I can already tell that it’s made a difference. I feel lighter, have more energy, and my muscles don’t feel as sore after I’ve been running! It’s not just the physical benefits that keep me going to yoga either, it’s the atmosphere. With a view over the garden and just a handful of people in each class, it’s a lot nicer than going to the gym and it’s a lot less embarrassing when I can’t hold a pose for very long!
