- What have you navigated well in 2025?
Where was there a life situation/circumstance/stimulus that you feel you handled and showed up in really well? Perhaps where a previous version of yourself may have not responded as well as you did this year?
And what do you think made the difference?
List all situations in which you are proud of and content with how you navigated them.
Celebrate and recognise each one.
- What is something that drained you this year?
Where did you direct your energy with not much in return? What can go. What needs to shift? Cut “stuff” out of your life, before you add on more goals, intentions and tasks.
This could be people, your habits, your hobbies, your systems, all or parts of your work. What is something you recognise as superfluous, or in need of tweaking, or completely letting go of?

- Where did you come alive?
What tasks, environments, people and pursuits did make you feel alive and vibrant. Where and when did you feel seen, understood and utterly passionate? What made your heart sing?
Do more of that. Where do you want to direct your energy towards in 2026? Decide and do.

4.What are your Top 5 Values for 2026?
Are your top 10 values by which you lived your life in 2025 still relevant?
Re-assess, refine, and then narrow them down to your top 5 for 2026!
If this is new to you, start with 20 values, what’s important to you? Narrow it down to 10. Then decide on top 5. Make them a priority. And notice your life changing. Your focus, clarity and joy will increase. Promise.
