Vinyasa - the connection of two or more movements with the use of the breath.

This combination here, moving from downward facing do into high plank and back into downward fog a few times, is a favourite in our classes.

It provides a beautiful opportunity to activate all the muscles and structures at the front of your body.

It also activates most major joints in your body.

Engage your thighs and your whole core with both movements.

Move at your pace and find the joy in doing so.

Movement is a felt experience.

Go practice it. No need to intellectualise it.

Hop on your mst and practice.

Chop chop.

See you on the mat.
