As you know each season governs & supports two or more organs. The eason of spring supports the energy of the liver and gallbladder. So to help those organs function optimally, you can incorporate the yoga stretches shown in the video below. Make this your sole practice with some sun salutations to warm up and some twists to cool down, or incorporate it into your own home-yoga sequence.
