No one has spare time.
The thought of putting something else on our TO DO list is not appealing, to say the least.
Consequently, creating habits and frameworks for guidance and upliftment for the day is crucial.
Here, I share one of my daily practices. First thing in the morning, often even before I get out of bed.
You’re welcome to incorporate it into your day as it fits for you.

T Thankfulness –
thank the universe (or who and what you believe in) for everything you are grateful for. A good night’s sleep, to wake up, the sunshine, your snuggly bed, the smell of coffee, the feel of your bed linen, your work, kids, partner, etc… you get the idea.
I Inspiration –
recite an inspirational quote, your sankalpa or a positive affirmation. I prepare that the night before.
M Meditation –
Meditate. 2 mins is better than not at all. Can be done in bed, or sitting in the car (like here in the photo, before swimming in the bay), in the shower, whilst waiting for your coffee.
E Exercise –
Any mindful movement will do. 5mins is sufficient. Move your body. Dance. Jump, run, chase kidlets, make love, do cycling in bed like my mum (she’s nearly 84). Yoga is a fab option.
Here YOU GO! Ready and set for a HAPPY, FOCUSED AND ENERGETIC day. In UNDER 12 MINS.
Let me know how you go.
Enjoy your newfound vim and vigour.
