Warrior Sequence with Affirmations

A beautiful warrior sequence to keep you grounded, calm and focused on the present moment. Of course it builds physical and mental strength, too. Here, I have used some affirmations. Feel free to change them to suit you & your situation. Use as a warm up sequence, as your standing meditation, as the standing sequence of your whole yoga practice or as a way to bring you back into the present moment.
